This program includes: 

  • Furnished or unfurnished private offices ranging in sizes from 100-400 SF and are priced from $400 to $1625 per month.

  • Personalized telephone answering and voice mail messaging.

  • Guest reception and conference room use. 

  •  
  • Use of faxes, copy machines and other office equipment at client rates. 

  •  
  • Access to support services provided by our professional staff. 

  •  
  • Use of our prestigious mail address and all inbound/outbound mail handling. 

  •  
  • Use of fully equipped Coffee Bar with refrigerator, microwave, coffee, tea, snack tray and soft drinks.

  • Basic rent includes all utilities, janitorial services, taxes, common area charges and all other occupancy expenses.
